1. Acceptance
By placing an order with Seafood by Tortuga (operated by Embassy Foods, Mira Road, Mumbai), you agree to these Terms.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST (5%). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock or pricing errors.
3. Delivery
We deliver within a 10 KM radius from Mira Road, Mumbai. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary based on demand and traffic.
4. Quality
Products are hand-picked, cleaned, and packed with ice on the day of dispatch. Please refrigerate immediately upon receipt.
5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they enter the packaging stage. Beyond that, cancellations may attract a restocking fee.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from delivery delays or handling after receipt.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
