Our story

A quiet cold-chain that fed Mumbai's finest kitchens.

Embassy Foods started in 2010 out of a single cold room in Mira Road, with one promise: deliver seafood a 5-star chef would be proud to plate. No shortcuts on freshness, no compromise on cleaning, no games with the cold chain.

Over 15 years, that promise turned us into the invisible supply line behind Mumbai's most demanding kitchens — from luxury hotels to marquee standalones. Sashimi-grade tuna, cold-smoked salmon, cleaned pomfret, deveined prawns; sourced from coastal cooperatives and flown-in from Norway, all held to the same standard.

In 2026, we launched Seafood by Tortuga — a direct-to-consumer brand so home cooks can order the same hotel-grade seafood on WhatsApp and have it delivered fresh. Same fish. Same cold chain. Same standards.
